Abhyaka Academy provides educational services including (but not limited to) school tuitions, competitive exam preparation (JEE/NEET), and IT/coding courses (including AI/SAP, if applicable). Services may be delivered online, offline, or in hybrid mode depending on the program and availability.

2) Eligibility

  • For students under 18, a parent/guardian must provide consent for enrollment, payments (if any), and communications.
  • You agree that the information you provide (name, contact details, class/grade, etc.) is accurate and up to date.

3) Website Use

You agree not to:

  • misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its normal operation.
  • upload or share harmful content (viruses, spam, or malicious links).

4) Demo Classes

  • Demo classes (if offered) are intended for evaluation and orientation only.
  • Demo availability depends on faculty schedule and slot availability.
  • Abhyaka Academy may reschedule a demo if required due to operational reasons.
  • We reserve the right to limit the number of demo requests per student.

5) Enrollment, Batches & Scheduling

  • Enrollment is confirmed only after completing the registration process and payment (if applicable).
  • Batch timings, faculty, course structure, and schedules may be updated to ensure quality delivery.
  • Students/parents are responsible for joining classes on time and maintaining discipline during sessions.

6) Student Conduct

Students must:

  • maintain respectful behavior with faculty and staff;
  • avoid disruption, abusive language, or misconduct;
  • not record, screenshot, redistribute, or share class content without written permission.

We may suspend access to classes in case of repeated misconduct.

7) Course Materials & Intellectual Property

All teaching materials, notes, worksheets, recordings (if provided), assessments, and content shared by Abhyaka Academy are our intellectual property or used with permission.

You may use materials only for personal learning. You may not:

  • share, sell, upload, distribute, or republish materials;
  • share login access with others (if student portal is used).

8) Assessments, Results & Progress Tracking

  • Tests, assessments, and progress reports are provided for learning support and guidance.
  • Results depend on individual effort, attendance, and practice. We do not guarantee ranks, scores, admissions, or job placements.
  • Any suggestions, study plans, or mentoring are educational guidance and not a guarantee of outcome.

9) Fees, Payments & Invoices (if applicable)

  • Fees, payment schedules, and program duration will be communicated before enrollment.
  • Fees once paid are subject to our Refund / Cancellation Policy (recommended to publish separately).
  • Taxes, gateway charges, or platform fees (if any) may apply depending on payment method.

10) Refunds & Cancellations
