Abhyaka Academy (“Abhyaka”, “we”, “our”, “us”) values transparency. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for demo classes, tuition programs, competitive exam coaching (JEE/NEET), and IT courses (including AI/SAP, if applicable).

By enrolling or making a payment, you agree to this policy.


1) Demo Class Policy

  • Free demo classes (if offered) are non-chargeable and therefore not refundable.
  • If you are unable to attend a scheduled demo, you may request one reschedule based on faculty slot availability by informing us at least [6/12/24] hours in advance.
  • Abhyaka Academy may reschedule the demo due to operational reasons and will share an alternative slot.

2) Enrollment Cancellation (Before Joining)

If you have paid fees but have not attended any class:

  • You may request cancellation within [24/48] hours of payment.
  • If approved, a refund may be processed after deducting administrative/processing charges (and any payment gateway charges if applicable).

3) Refund Policy (After Joining / After Classes Start)

Once the student has attended classes, refunds are handled as below:

A) Monthly fee plans

  • If cancellation is requested after classes begin, fees for the current month are generally non-refundable.
  • In special cases, Abhyaka may consider a partial adjustment based on classes attended, at management discretion.

B) Course packages (multi-month / full course fee)

  • Fees paid for packages are generally non-refundable once the program has started.
  • In exceptional cases, Abhyaka may offer:
    • Credit/adjustment for future batches, or
    • Partial refund after deducting: classes delivered + admin charges + materials, if applicable.

Note: Admission/registration fees (if any) are non-refundable.


4) Missed Classes & No-Shows

  • Fees are not refundable for missed classes due to student absence, personal reasons, travel, exams, or internet/device issues.
  • If permitted by the program, we may offer:
    • Revision sessions, recordings (if available), or alternate batch support based on availability.

5) Rescheduling / Batch Change

  • Batch changes or timing shifts are allowed subject to seat availability.
  • Abhyaka may revise batch timings or faculty allocation to maintain learning quality.
  • If a student wants to pause temporarily, we may provide a batch transfer option if available (not guaranteed).

6) Study Material / Digital Content

If any printed/digital materials, notes, worksheets, recorded resources, or LMS access is provided:

  • The cost of such materials/resources is non-refundable once shared/activated.

7) Program Cancellation by Abhyaka Academy

If Abhyaka cancels a batch/program due to unavoidable reasons:

  • You may choose either:
    1. Full refund of the remaining unused portion (if applicable), or
    2. Transfer to another batch/program of similar value.

8) Payments & Processing Time

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method wherever possible.
  • Processing time: typically [7–10] business days from approval (may vary by bank/payment provider).
  • Any payment gateway charges/transaction fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount.

9) How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

Abhyaka Academy will review and respond within [2–5] working days.


10) Final Decision

All refunds/cancellations are subject to verification and approval. Abhyaka Academy reserves the right to approve or deny requests based on this policy and program rules.
